Additional Service Provider Clauses

The following clauses update and supplement these Service Provider Terms to reflect Hustlefella’s current provider features.

GROWTH, PRO and Feature Access

Service Providers may be able to use Hustlefella through free, paid, promotional or sponsored access, including GROWTH, PRO, Launch 500 and Lift-Up related access. Each plan may carry different profile features, visibility options, lead request eligibility, verification options, promotional benefits and account limits.

Provider features are tools for visibility and profile presentation only. They do not guarantee customer enquiries, paid work, rankings, reviews, income, repeat business, customer trust, lead volume or any particular business result.

Lead Requests and Provider Responsibility

Where Hustlefella sends, displays or unlocks a lead request, the Service Provider remains solely responsible for assessing the request, deciding whether to respond, communicating professionally, checking customer requirements, agreeing scope and pricing, and performing any accepted work lawfully and competently.

Profile Quality, Ranking and HustleScore

Service Providers understand that search visibility, ranking, recommendations, lead eligibility and related Platform exposure may be affected by Hustlefella’s Intelligence Engine, HustleScore, profile quality indicators and other automated or manual review factors.

Verification, References and Profile Changes

Where a provider submits references, identity information, business documents, certificates, licences, photographs, social links, website links or verification evidence, the provider confirms that the information is accurate, lawfully supplied and may be checked by Hustlefella for verification, listing integrity, fraud prevention, trust and safety, dispute handling and audit purposes.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Hustlefella (“Hustlefella”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Service Provider Terms (“Terms”) apply to all individuals, businesses, organisations, and other entities that create, claim, manage, or operate a service listing on the Hustlefella platform (“Service Providers”, “you”, or “your”).

These Terms should be read together with our:

By creating, claiming, or managing a listing on Hustlefella, you agree to these Terms.

2. About Hustlefella

Hustlefella is a Skills Directory and service request platform designed to connect customers with independent service providers.

Hustlefella is not:

your employer;
your business partner;
your agent;
your contractor;
a party to agreements between you and your customers.

You operate your own independent business or provide services in your own capacity.

3. Eligibility

To create or manage a listing you confirm that:

you are legally capable of entering into contracts;
all information you provide is accurate;
you have the necessary authority to represent the business where applicable;
you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Creating a Listing

When creating a listing you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including where applicable:

business name;
services offered;
service areas;
contact information;
operating hours;
pricing information (if displayed);
qualifications;
licences;
certifications;
insurance details where relevant.

You are responsible for ensuring your listing remains accurate.

5. Claiming an Existing Listing

Where Hustlefella has created a listing using publicly available or lawfully obtained information, you may apply to claim ownership.

To protect the integrity of the Platform, Hustlefella may require documentation proving ownership before approving a claim.

Examples may include:

identity documents;
business registration documents;
proof of ownership;
proof of authority.

Providing false information during the claims process may result in permanent suspension and possible legal action.

6. Verification

Where verification is available:

participation is voluntary unless otherwise stated;
verification does not guarantee future work;
verification does not guarantee customer trust;
verification may be withdrawn if information becomes inaccurate or misleading.

Verification indicates only that specified information has been reviewed according to Hustlefella’s verification procedures.

7. Service Requests

Hustlefella may forward customer service requests to suitable providers.

Submission of a service request:

does not guarantee work;
does not guarantee payment;
does not guarantee exclusivity;
does not create any contractual obligation on Hustlefella.

You remain free to accept or decline opportunities.

8. Your Responsibilities

As a Service Provider you agree to:

communicate professionally;
provide honest information;
honour agreed appointments where reasonably possible;
perform services with reasonable skill and care;
comply with applicable laws;
maintain any licences required for your profession;
carry appropriate insurance where necessary;
keep your listing up to date.

9. Customer Relationships

Any agreement for services exists solely between you and the customer.

You are responsible for:

quotations;
pricing;
invoices;
payments;
taxes;
warranties;
guarantees you choose to offer;
service delivery;
after-sales support;
dispute resolution with customers.

Hustlefella is not responsible for enforcing agreements between users.

10. Reviews and Reputation

Customers may leave reviews based on genuine experiences.

You may respond professionally to reviews.

You must not:

create fake reviews;
encourage dishonest reviews;
offer incentives in exchange for reviews;
threaten customers over reviews.

Hustlefella reserves the right to moderate reviews in accordance with its policies.

11. Listing Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload.

By publishing content on Hustlefella you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, publish, and promote that content for the operation and promotion of the Platform.

You warrant that:

you own the content; or
you have permission to use it.

12. Intellectual Property

You must not upload content that infringes another person’s intellectual property rights.

Hustlefella branding, logos, website design, and Platform content remain the property of Hustlefella unless otherwise stated.

13. Fees

Where Hustlefella charges listing, subscription, verification, promotional, advertising, or other service fees, those fees will be clearly communicated before they become payable.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once the relevant service has been provided.

14. Suspension and Removal

Hustlefella may suspend or remove listings where:

false information is provided;
these Terms are breached;
fraud is suspected;
listings become misleading;
unlawful activity is detected;
repeated customer complaints indicate serious misconduct;
Platform integrity is at risk.

Where appropriate, Hustlefella may request additional information before taking action.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hustlefella shall not be liable for:

lost income;
loss of business opportunities;
cancelled appointments;
customer decisions;
negative reviews;
technical interruptions;
disputes between users;
indirect or consequential losses.

Hustlefella provides a platform through which customers and providers may connect.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hustlefella, its owner, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives against claims arising from:

your services;
your listings;
your conduct;
your breach of these Terms;
your violation of applicable laws;
infringement of third-party rights.

17. Changes to Listings

Hustlefella reserves the right to:

correct formatting;
improve readability;
remove duplicate listings;
update categories;
update locations;
remove content that breaches Platform policies.

Where practicable, material changes affecting the substance of your listing will not be made without reasonable cause.

18. Platform Availability

We aim to keep Hustlefella available at all times.

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

The Platform may be updated, maintained, modified, or temporarily unavailable without prior notice.

19. Termination

You may remove your listing or close your account at any time, subject to any outstanding obligations.

Hustlefella may suspend or terminate listings where necessary to protect the Platform or its users.

20. Changes to These Terms

These Service Provider Terms may be updated from time to time.

Updated versions become effective when published on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent South African courts unless otherwise required by applicable law.
