Acceptable Use Policy

Welcome to Hustlefella (“Hustlefella”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) sets out the rules governing the acceptable use of the Hustlefella platform, including our website, Skills Directory, service request system, listings, messaging features, reviews, and all related services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

Our goal is to maintain a safe, trustworthy, professional, and respectful environment where customers and service providers can connect with confidence.

By accessing or using Hustlefella, you agree to comply with this Policy together with our Terms & Conditions and all other applicable Hustlefella policies.

All use must comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

4. Prohibited Activities

You must not use Hustlefella to engage in any unlawful, harmful, dishonest, or abusive conduct.

This includes, but is not limited to, the following.

Fraud and Misrepresentation

You must not:

  • provide false information;

  • impersonate another individual or business;

  • use fake identities;

  • submit forged verification documents;

  • falsely claim ownership of a listing;

  • misrepresent your qualifications, experience, licences, or certifications.

Unlawful Activity

You must not use the Platform to promote, facilitate, or participate in activities that are illegal under applicable law.

Harassment and Abuse

You must not:

  • threaten users;

  • bully or intimidate others;

  • engage in hate speech;

  • discriminate against others;

  • publish abusive or offensive content;

  • encourage violence or self-harm.

Spam

You must not:

  • send unsolicited messages;

  • repeatedly post identical content;

  • flood listings or reviews;

  • publish misleading advertisements;

  • use automated posting systems.

Platform Manipulation

You must not:

  • artificially inflate ratings;

  • purchase or sell reviews;

  • create fake accounts;

  • manipulate search rankings;

  • attempt to deceive customers or providers.

Security Violations

You must not:

  • attempt unauthorised access;

  • bypass security measures;

  • interfere with Platform operation;

  • upload malware or malicious software;

  • perform denial-of-service attacks;

  • probe or test Platform vulnerabilities without permission.

Data Collection

You must not:

  • scrape listings;

  • harvest email addresses;

  • collect user information without permission;

  • use automated bots to copy Platform content;

  • reproduce substantial parts of the Platform without written consent.

Intellectual Property

You must not upload content that infringes another person’s:

  • copyright;

  • trademark;

  • patents;

  • trade secrets;

  • intellectual property rights.

You may only upload content that you own or have permission to use.

Misleading Listings

Service Providers must not:

  • advertise services they cannot provide;

  • use misleading photographs;

  • publish inaccurate pricing;

  • deliberately omit material information;

  • falsely claim qualifications or experience.

Service Requests

Customers must not:

  • submit fraudulent service requests;

  • intentionally waste providers’ time;

  • use the Platform for harassment;

  • repeatedly submit duplicate requests;

  • provide deliberately false information.

5. Reviews

Reviews must:

  • reflect genuine experiences;

  • be honest;

  • be respectful;

  • avoid defamatory statements.

Users must not:

  • buy reviews;

  • exchange reviews for rewards;

  • threaten negative reviews to gain advantages;

  • publish private information.

6. Verification and Claims

Where verification or listing claims are offered:

  • all supporting documents must be genuine;

  • information supplied must be accurate;

  • attempts to deceive Hustlefella may result in permanent account suspension.

7. Privacy

Users must respect the privacy of others.

You must not publish:

  • identity numbers;

  • passports;

  • driver’s licences;

  • financial information;

  • private correspondence;

  • confidential business information.

8. Third-Party Services

You must not misuse third-party services integrated into the Platform.

You remain responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party services you choose to use.

9. Monitoring

To protect the Platform and its users, Hustlefella may:

  • monitor Platform activity;

  • investigate suspected misuse;

  • review reported content;

  • analyse suspicious behaviour;

  • cooperate with law enforcement where legally required.

Monitoring is conducted in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

10. Enforcement

If this Policy is breached, Hustlefella may, at its sole discretion:

  • issue warnings;

  • remove content;

  • reject listings;

  • reject verification requests;

  • suspend accounts;

  • terminate accounts;

  • restrict Platform functionality;

  • permanently prohibit future use of the Platform;

  • report unlawful conduct to the appropriate authorities.

Serious breaches may result in immediate action without prior warning.

11. Reporting Misuse

If you believe this Policy has been breached, please report the matter through the appropriate Hustlefella reporting tools or contact our support team.

Knowingly submitting false or malicious reports may itself constitute a breach of this Policy.

12. Changes to this Policy

Hustlefella may amend this Policy from time to time.

Updated versions become effective when published on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
