1. Introduction

Welcome to Hustlefella (“Hustlefella”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Hustlefella website, services, directories, listings, service request system, communications, and all related features (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

By accessing or using Hustlefella, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

2. Who We Are

Hustlefella is an online platform designed to connect customers with independent service providers.

The Platform allows users to:

  • Browse and search service providers.

  • Submit service requests.

  • Create and manage listings.

  • Claim business listings.

  • Build professional reputations.

  • Connect with opportunities locally and, where applicable, internationally.

Hustlefella is not an employer, recruitment agency, contractor, employment agency, or party to agreements entered into between users.

3. Eligibility

By using Hustlefella you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years of age, or

  • you are using the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

You also warrant that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

4. User Accounts

Certain features require registration.

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;

  • all activity occurring under your account;

  • keeping your information accurate and up to date.

Hustlefella reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where false information, fraudulent activity, or misuse is detected.

5. Service Providers

Service Providers remain solely responsible for:

  • their listings;

  • services offered;

  • pricing;

  • qualifications;

  • licences;

  • insurance;

  • compliance with applicable laws;

  • communication with customers;

  • delivery of services.

Listing on Hustlefella does not constitute an endorsement, certification, warranty, or guarantee of a provider’s abilities unless explicitly stated by Hustlefella.

6. Customers

Customers are responsible for exercising their own judgment when selecting a service provider.

Before engaging a provider, customers should satisfy themselves regarding:

  • qualifications;

  • experience;

  • pricing;

  • suitability;

  • availability;

  • insurance where applicable.

Any agreement entered into between a customer and a service provider exists solely between those parties.

7. Service Requests

Hustlefella may distribute customer service requests to one or more suitable service providers based on information supplied by the customer.

Submission of a service request:

  • does not guarantee responses from providers;

  • does not create any contractual obligation on Hustlefella;

  • does not guarantee availability of providers;

  • does not guarantee completion of any work.

Providers remain free to accept or decline opportunities.

Customers remain free to appoint whichever provider they choose.

8. Listings and Claimed Listings

Hustlefella may create or publish listings from publicly available or lawfully obtained business information.

Businesses believing a listing relates to them may claim ownership through the Platform.

Hustlefella reserves the right to request evidence of ownership before transferring control of any listing.

Providing false information during the claims process may result in permanent suspension of accounts and possible legal action.

9. Verification

Where Hustlefella offers verification services, verification indicates only that specified information has been reviewed or confirmed according to Hustlefella’s verification procedures at the time of assessment.

Verification is not a guarantee of:

  • honesty;

  • workmanship;

  • future conduct;

  • financial stability;

  • ongoing compliance;

  • suitability for any particular job.

Customers should always perform their own due diligence.

10. Reviews and Ratings

Users may submit reviews based only on genuine experiences.

Reviews must:

  • be truthful;

  • be fair;

  • not contain defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or unlawful content.

Hustlefella reserves the right to remove reviews that breach these Terms or appear fraudulent, misleading, or manipulated.

11. User Content

Users retain ownership of content they submit.

By submitting content, you grant Hustlefella a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, publish, and distribute that content for the operation, promotion, and improvement of the Platform.

Users warrant they have the necessary rights to submit such content.

12. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

  • provide false information;

  • impersonate another person or business;

  • upload malicious software;

  • interfere with the operation of the Platform;

  • scrape or copy data without permission;

  • submit unlawful, offensive, abusive, or misleading content;

  • misuse service request functionality;

  • attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all Platform content, branding, logos, graphics, text, software, design, and intellectual property belong to Hustlefella or its licensors.

No content may be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Users retain ownership of content they create and submit.

14. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites.

These links are provided for convenience only.

Hustlefella does not endorse or control third-party websites and accepts no responsibility for their content, privacy practices, products, or services.

Use of third-party websites is entirely at your own risk.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hustlefella shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • use of the Platform;

  • inability to access the Platform;

  • reliance upon information published on the Platform;

  • interactions between customers and providers;

  • cancelled or unsuccessful jobs;

  • delays;

  • disputes;

  • payment issues;

  • loss of profits;

  • loss of business;

  • loss of data.

Hustlefella acts solely as a platform facilitating introductions and communication.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hustlefella, its owner, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • your use of the Platform;

  • breach of these Terms;

  • violation of applicable laws;

  • infringement of another person’s rights.

17. Availability

While every effort is made to keep the Platform operational, Hustlefella does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued without prior notice.

18. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using Hustlefella, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of information as described in that policy.

19. Suspension and Termination

Hustlefella may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform at its sole discretion where users:

  • breach these Terms;

  • engage in fraudulent activity;

  • misuse the Platform;

  • damage the reputation of Hustlefella;

  • pose risks to other users.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of South Africa unless otherwise required by applicable law.
