Verification Policy

Welcome to Hustlefella (“Hustlefella”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
Trust is one of the foundations of the Hustlefella community.
Our Verification Programme is designed to increase confidence between customers and Service Providers by verifying certain information supplied by providers.
This Verification Policy explains how verification works, what information may be requested, what verification means, and what it does not mean.
By participating in Hustlefella’s Verification Programme, you agree to this Policy.
2. Purpose of Verification
The purpose of verification is to help improve trust and accountability across the Platform.
Verification may assist customers in making more informed decisions when choosing a Service Provider.
Verification is intended to:
confirm certain information supplied by a provider;
reduce fraudulent listings;
help establish listing ownership;
improve the quality and integrity of the Platform;
encourage transparency.
Verification does not rank providers or guarantee future performance.
3. Who May Apply
Verification may be available to:
individual Service Providers;
sole proprietors;
businesses;
organisations;
listing owners.
Participation is voluntary unless otherwise stated by Hustlefella.
4. Information We May Request
Depending on the type of verification being undertaken, Hustlefella may request one or more of the following:
proof of identity;
proof of business ownership;
business registration documents;
proof of address;
professional licences;
trade qualifications;
certifications;
insurance documentation;
photographs;
contact information;
any other information reasonably required to verify the information provided.
The documents requested may vary depending on the services offered and the type of verification being performed.
5. Our Verification Process
Verification generally involves:
submission of supporting information or documentation;
review by Hustlefella;
requests for additional information where necessary;
approval or decline.
Submission of documentation does not guarantee approval.
Hustlefella may decline verification where sufficient evidence cannot be obtained.
6. Verification Badges
Where applicable, verified providers may receive a verification badge or other trust indicator on their listing.
These indicators are intended solely to communicate that specified information has been reviewed according to Hustlefella’s verification procedures.
Verification badges remain the property of Hustlefella.
7. What Verification Means
Verification indicates only that Hustlefella has reviewed certain information or documentation relating to a Service Provider at a particular point in time.
Depending on the verification programme, this may include confirmation of identity, business ownership, or other supporting information.
8. What Verification Does NOT Mean
Verification is not:
an endorsement;
a recommendation;
a guarantee of workmanship;
a guarantee of quality;
a guarantee of honesty;
a guarantee of future conduct;
a guarantee that a provider is suitable for your particular project.
Customers should always exercise their own judgment and carry out any additional checks they consider appropriate.
9. Accuracy of Information
Service Providers remain solely responsible for ensuring that all information submitted for verification is:
accurate;
complete;
current;
truthful.
Knowingly providing false or misleading information may result in:
refusal of verification;
removal of verification status;
suspension of listings;
suspension of accounts;
permanent removal from the Platform;
legal action where appropriate.
10. Ongoing Responsibility
Verification reflects information available at the time it was completed.
Providers must notify Hustlefella if verified information changes materially.
Examples include:
business ownership;
legal entity;
licences;
professional qualifications;
contact details;
trading status.
Failure to keep information current may result in verification being withdrawn.
11. Revocation of Verification
Hustlefella may suspend or revoke verification at any time where:
information becomes inaccurate;
documents expire;
fraudulent information is discovered;
the provider breaches Platform policies;
serious complaints indicate possible misconduct;
verification was obtained dishonestly.
Verification may also be withdrawn where a provider no longer meets the applicable verification requirements.
12. Privacy
Verification documents are treated as confidential.
Information submitted for verification is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Access is limited to authorised persons who require the information to carry out verification or comply with legal obligations.
Verification documents are not published publicly unless expressly stated.
13. Fraud Prevention
Hustlefella reserves the right to investigate suspected fraud relating to verification.
This may include requesting additional documentation or clarification.
Where fraud is suspected, Hustlefella may cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.
14. Limitation of Liability
While Hustlefella makes reasonable efforts to review information submitted for verification, we cannot guarantee that information will remain accurate after verification has been completed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hustlefella accepts no liability arising from reliance upon a provider’s verification status.
Verification should be regarded as one factor among many when selecting a Service Provider.
15. Changes to this Policy
Hustlefella may amend this Verification Policy from time to time.
Updated versions become effective when published on the Platform.
Continued participation in the Verification Programme constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
