Nominate a skilled and hardworking provider whose work deserves greater opportunity—or apply for yourself when paying for Hustlefella PRO is currently beyond your reach.
Selected providers receive an initial six months of Sponsored PRO, personal profile guidance, and support in building a stronger, more credible presence on the Hustlefella Skills Network. Following the initial six months, providers who demonstrate meaningful progress, ongoing commitment and constructive participation may, at Hustlefella's sole discretion, be considered for an indefinite complimentary PRO membership. Any such continuation is entirely optional, assessed individually, may be granted or declined for any reason, and is never guaranteed or promised.

How Lift-Up works
One opportunity. Two ways to apply.
Lift-Up is open to people who want to recognise someone else’s work, as well as providers who are ready to speak for themselves and ask for an opportunity.

Apply for yourself
Providers may apply directly without being nominated. Applying for yourself carries no disadvantage. Tell us honestly about your work, circumstances and willingness to build a strong Hustlefella profile.
Step 1
Submit the application
Complete the nomination or self-application form with accurate contact details and enough information for an initial assessment.
Step 2
Private review
Hustlefella reviews the provider’s work, circumstances, commitment and suitability. We may contact the relevant people for clarification.
Step 3
Build the profile
Shortlisted providers receive guidance to create or improve their profile. Sponsored PRO begins only after the profile passes the quality review.
Step 4
Receive Sponsored PRO
Selected providers receive six months of PRO at no cost, with progress reviews. At the end of the sponsorship, Hustlefella may, entirely at its sole discretion and after assessing the provider's progress, extend complimentary PRO for an indefinite period, offer another arrangement, or conclude the sponsorship. No paid subscription starts automatically.
Six months of Sponsored PRO
Places are limited and selected as Hustlefella’s sponsorship capacity allows. Submission does not guarantee selection, enquiries, customers or paid work. At the end of the sponsorship, Hustlefella may, entirely at its sole discretion and after assessing the provider's progress, extend complimentary PRO for an indefinite period, offer another arrangement, or conclude the sponsorship.
Who Lift-Up is for
Ability should not be overlooked because opportunity is scarce.
Lift-Up is intended for genuine service providers who have useful skills, take pride in their work and could benefit meaningfully from greater visibility—but cannot currently afford a Hustlefella PRO subscription.
Financial difficulty alone does not guarantee selection. We are looking for people who combine genuine need with effort, reliability, ability and a willingness to build a strong profile.
This is not about pity.
Sponsored providers are presented professionally and judged by the quality of their work. Their private financial circumstances are not displayed to customers.
A provider may be suitable when they:
- Offer a genuine, lawful service supported by Hustlefella.
- Demonstrate useful skills, experience, reliability or strong potential.
- Currently face a real financial barrier to paying for PRO.
- Are struggling to become visible or secure regular work.
- Are willing to complete and maintain an honest, professional provider profile.
- Respond to Hustlefella and participate in reasonable profile and progress reviews.
What selected providers receive
Sponsored PRO is accompanied by practical support so that the provider can make meaningful use of the opportunity.
Six months of PRO
Full PRO access during the confirmed sponsorship period.
Profile guidance
Help completing and strengthening the provider profile.
Quality review
A private review before Sponsored PRO is activated.

Support and review during the six-month opportunity.

No automatic billing
The sponsorship does not automatically become paid PRO.
What Lift-Up is NOT
The programme offers visibility and profile support, but it cannot promise a particular commercial result.
- A cash grant, loan or financial payment
- A guarantee of customers, enquiries, work or income
- An automatic right to receive PRO
- A transferable or resellable subscription benefit
- A replacement for qualifications or legal registrations
- A permanent free subscription unless confirmed separately
How applications are assessed
Every application is reviewed individually and privately.
Lift-Up is not awarded automatically or simply in the order applications are received. Hustlefella considers the provider’s work, commitment, circumstances, suitability and the sponsorship capacity available at the time.
Work and reliability
We look for evidence that the provider offers a genuine service and takes pride in delivering it properly.

- Genuine examples of completed work
- Testimonials or references where available
Need and potential impact
We consider whether the provider faces a genuine financial barrier and whether greater visibility could meaningfully help.
- Difficulty affording PRO at present

- Limited access to marketing opportunities
- Potential benefit from a stronger profile
Commitment to the opportunity
Selected providers must be willing to participate actively rather than receive a subscription they do not use.

Privacy and dignity come first.
Applications may contain personal information about work, financial barriers and difficult circumstances. Hustlefella handles this information privately and uses it only for assessing and administering the Lift-Up programme.
- Financial circumstances are not displayed on provider profiles.
- Nominees must know about the nomination and agree to being contacted.
- No personal story will be published without clear permission.
- Applicants should not submit bank statements, medical records or other highly sensitive material unless specifically requested later.
Selection cannot be guaranteed
Submitting an application does not guarantee shortlisting, sponsorship, profile approval, enquiries, customers, paid work or income. Available places may be limited, applications may be paused when capacity is reached, and Hustlefella may request further information before making a decision.

Before you submit an application
These answers explain the most important parts of the Hustlefella Lift-Up programme.
Who may nominate a provider?
A customer, employer, friend, family member, colleague, community member or another person who genuinely knows the provider and their work may submit a nomination.
The nominee must know about the nomination and agree that their details may be shared with Hustlefella.
May a provider apply for themselves?
Yes. Providers may apply directly and will not be placed at a disadvantage because they were not nominated by someone else.
What does a selected provider receive?
A selected provider normally receives:
- Six months of Sponsored Hustlefella PRO
- Guidance completing and improving their profile
- A Profile Quality Review before activation
- Progress reviews during the sponsored period
- The possibility of an indefinite complimentary PRO membership
Does applying guarantee selection?
No. Applications are reviewed individually and places depend on Hustlefella’s available sponsorship capacity. Submission does not guarantee shortlisting, profile approval or Sponsored PRO.
Does Sponsored PRO guarantee customers or work?
No. Hustlefella provides profile tools, visibility and an opportunity to be discovered. It cannot guarantee views, enquiries, customers, paid work or income.
Will people know that the provider could not afford PRO?
No. Financial circumstances remain private. Sponsored providers are presented professionally and on the merit of their services.
Hustlefella will not publish a provider’s personal story or identify them as financially distressed without clear permission.
What happens when the six months end?
The sponsorship does not automatically become a paid subscription. Hustlefella may:
- Return the listing to GROWTH
- Extend sponsorship for another defined or indefinite period
- Offer another suitable arrangement
- Invite the provider to continue with paid PRO
The provider must actively agree before any paid subscription begins.
What information should not be submitted?
Do not submit identity documents, bank statements, account numbers, medical records, debt documents or other highly sensitive information unless Hustlefella specifically requests limited information later.
Supporting photographs and documents must be genuine, relevant and shared with the appropriate permission.
Can the sponsorship be transferred or exchanged for money?
No. Lift-Up sponsorship has no cash value and may not be sold, transferred, exchanged or applied retrospectively to previous subscription payments.
