“I need to get a bit fitter before I come to the gym.”
No you don’t. 
You don’t need to know what you’re doing.
You don’t need fancy gym clothes.
You don’t need to keep up with anybody else.
And you definitely don’t need to already be fit.
My classes are full of real people, with different abilities, different goals and different starting points.
You work at your level.
I’ll help with the rest.
We work hard, we get stronger, and quite often we laugh at ourselves along the way. 
And with two new classes now opening, there’s a little more room in my little gym. 
If you’ve been thinking about starting but keep telling yourself “maybe when I’m a bit fitter…”
