1. Introduction

Hustlefella may use profile quality, search relevance, plan features, verification signals, reviews, service categories, location data, online availability, media, profile completeness, lead settings, and other Platform signals to support search, ranking, visibility, lead request eligibility, recommendations, admin review, and Platform integrity.

2. HustleScore and Profile Quality

HustleScore or similar profile quality tools may consider factors such as service categories, about text, website/social links, availability information, online or travel-related availability, consent settings, photos, media, verification signals, reviews, and other profile completeness indicators.

Scores are guidance tools only. They are not guarantees of quality, trustworthiness, ranking, income, leads, verification, or customer selection.

3. Ranking and Visibility

Search results and visibility may be influenced by relevance, location, category, online/location-independent availability, plan level, PRO features, profile quality, reviews, verification, user behaviour, fraud controls, technical performance, and Platform testing.

Hustlefella does not guarantee equal rotation, fixed ranking, first-page placement, permanent visibility, or any specific number of views, enquiries, or leads.

4. Lead Request Eligibility

Lead request distribution may be influenced by category match, location match, online availability match, PRO eligibility, lead request activation, Growth allowance rules where applicable, profile status, account compliance, queue logic, and Platform integrity controls.

Receiving, not receiving, or losing access to lead requests does not create any claim against Hustlefella.

5. Manual Review and Corrections

Hustlefella may manually review, override, rebuild, correct, pause, or adjust scores, badges, rankings, alerts, or eligibility where necessary to fix errors, prevent abuse, improve relevance, or protect users.

6. No Manipulation

Users must not attempt to manipulate rankings, scores, reviews, categories, locations, verification, lead settings, media, or profile quality indicators.
