Enforcement & Account Suspension Policy

Effective Date: 7 July 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to Hustlefella (“Hustlefella”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

Hustlefella exists to create a trusted platform where customers and Service Providers can connect with confidence.

To maintain the integrity of the Platform, we may take enforcement action where users breach our Terms, policies, or applicable laws.

This Enforcement & Account Suspension Policy explains how Hustlefella investigates potential breaches and the actions we may take to protect our community.

This Policy should be read together with our:

  • Terms & Conditions

  • Community Guidelines

  • Acceptable Use Policy

  • Service Provider Terms

  • Customer Terms

  • Prohibited Services Policy

  • Verification Policy

2. Our Approach

Our goal is not to punish users.

Our goal is to:

  • protect the community;

  • encourage responsible behaviour;

  • resolve issues fairly;

  • maintain trust in the Platform;

  • safeguard customers and Service Providers.

Whenever reasonably possible, we aim to act fairly, consistently, and proportionately.

3. When Enforcement May Be Necessary

Enforcement action may be taken where a user:

  • breaches any Hustlefella policy;

  • provides false or misleading information;

  • commits fraud or attempted fraud;

  • misuses the verification process;

  • submits fraudulent listing claims;

  • manipulates reviews or ratings;

  • publishes prohibited content;

  • advertises prohibited services;

  • harasses or abuses other users;

  • infringes intellectual property rights;

  • compromises Platform security;

  • engages in unlawful conduct;

  • otherwise acts in a manner that threatens the integrity, safety, or reputation of the Platform.

4. Investigations

Where a potential breach is identified, Hustlefella may investigate by:

  • reviewing relevant account information;

  • reviewing listings, reviews, or communications submitted through the Platform;

  • requesting additional information;

  • requesting supporting documentation;

  • reviewing publicly available information;

  • consulting relevant authorities or experts where appropriate;

  • considering reports submitted by other users.

The extent of any investigation will depend on the circumstances.

5. Types of Enforcement Action

Depending on the seriousness of the matter, Hustlefella may take one or more of the following actions:

  • provide guidance or education;

  • issue a warning;

  • request corrective action;

  • remove or edit content;

  • reject or remove listings;

  • suspend verification;

  • revoke verification badges;

  • reject listing claims;

  • temporarily restrict Platform features;

  • temporarily suspend an account;

  • permanently terminate an account;

  • refuse future registrations;

  • report unlawful conduct to the appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.

6. Temporary Suspension

A temporary suspension may be imposed while:

  • an investigation is ongoing;

  • additional information is requested;

  • fraudulent activity is being assessed;

  • security concerns are investigated;

  • legal obligations require temporary action.

During suspension, users may lose access to some or all Platform features.

7. Permanent Termination

Permanent account termination may occur where:

  • serious fraud has occurred;

  • repeated policy breaches demonstrate ongoing misconduct;

  • illegal activity is identified;

  • users deliberately deceive Hustlefella or other users;

  • user conduct presents an unacceptable risk to the Platform or its community.

Termination may occur without prior warning where immediate action is reasonably necessary.

8. Content Removal

Hustlefella may remove or restrict access to content including:

  • listings;

  • reviews;

  • photographs;

  • comments;

  • messages submitted through Platform features;

  • profile information;

  • uploaded documents.

Removal may occur where content breaches Platform policies or applicable law.

9. Verification Status

Verification may be:

  • suspended;

  • revoked;

  • refused;

  • restricted

where information becomes inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, or inconsistent with Platform policies.

Verification may also be withdrawn where supporting documentation expires or is no longer valid.

10. Listing Claims

Approved listing claims may be reviewed where new information becomes available.

Hustlefella may suspend or revoke a listing claim if:

  • ownership cannot reasonably be maintained;

  • fraud is discovered;

  • false information was provided;

  • Platform policies have been breached.

11. Opportunity to Respond

Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, Hustlefella may allow users to provide additional information or explain the circumstances before making a final decision.

However, this is not always possible, particularly where immediate action is necessary to protect users, comply with legal obligations, or prevent further harm.

12. Appeals

Users who believe enforcement action has been taken in error may contact Hustlefella and request a review.

A request for review should include:

  • the user’s name;

  • account details;

  • the action being challenged;

  • supporting information.

Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that the original decision will be changed.

Hustlefella will review appeals in good faith.

13. Cooperation with Authorities

Where required or permitted by law, Hustlefella may cooperate with:

  • law enforcement agencies;

  • regulatory authorities;

  • courts;

  • other lawful investigative bodies.

Such cooperation may include providing information where legally required.

14. No Waiver

Failure by Hustlefella to enforce a particular provision on one occasion does not prevent us from enforcing that provision in the future.

15. Reservation of Rights

Hustlefella reserves the right to take any lawful action reasonably necessary to protect:

  • the Platform;

  • its users;

  • its reputation;

  • its intellectual property;

  • its systems;

  • its legitimate business interests.

The examples contained in this Policy are illustrative and are not exhaustive.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hustlefella shall not be liable for losses arising from enforcement action taken in good faith to protect the Platform, provided such action complies with applicable law.

Nothing in this Policy limits any rights users may have under applicable legislation.

17. Changes to this Policy

Hustlefella may amend this Enforcement & Account Suspension Policy from time to time.

Updated versions become effective upon publication on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
