3. What May Be Reported

A copyright complaint may relate to content published on Hustlefella that allegedly infringes copyright.

Examples include:

documents;
other original creative works.

4. Submitting a Copyright Notice

If you believe that material appearing on Hustlefella infringes your copyright, please provide a written notice including, where reasonably possible:

identification of the copyrighted work;
the location (URL or listing) of the allegedly infringing material;
a description of the alleged infringement;

6. Review Process

Upon receiving a copyright notice, Hustlefella may:

acknowledge receipt;
review the complaint;
request additional information where necessary;
contact the user who uploaded the content;
temporarily restrict access to the material;
remove the material where appropriate;
reject complaints that are incomplete or clearly unfounded.

Each complaint is assessed individually.

7. Counter Notice

If content has been removed or restricted because of a copyright complaint, the affected user may submit a counter notice where they believe:

they own the content;
they have permission to use the content;
the material is licensed;
the material is not protected by copyright;
the material falls within a lawful exception under applicable law;
the complaint was submitted in error.

Counter notices should include any information reasonably necessary to support the user’s position.

8. Repeat Infringement

Hustlefella reserves the right to take additional action against users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

Such action may include:

removal of content;
suspension of listings;
suspension of accounts;
permanent removal from the Platform;
refusal of future registrations.

9. False or Misleading Notices

Submitting knowingly false, misleading, or fraudulent copyright complaints is prohibited.

Hustlefella reserves the right to reject complaints submitted in bad faith and may take appropriate action where misuse of this process is identified.

10. Ownership Disputes

Hustlefella is not a court and cannot determine legal ownership of disputed intellectual property.

Where ownership is genuinely disputed, we may:

request further information;
temporarily remove or restrict access to the content;
invite the parties to resolve the matter directly;
comply with any applicable court order or legal requirement.

11. Limitation of Responsibility

Hustlefella hosts content submitted by users.

While we investigate reported infringements in good faith, we cannot guarantee that every instance of alleged infringement will be identified immediately.

Nothing in this Policy creates an obligation for Hustlefella to proactively monitor all user-generated content.

12. Reservation of Rights

Hustlefella reserves the right to:

remove content at its discretion where intellectual property concerns arise;
request additional evidence before making decisions;
refuse publication of material that appears to infringe copyright;
cooperate with legal authorities where required by law.

13. Changes to this Policy

Hustlefella may amend this Copyright Notice & Takedown Policy from time to time.

Updated versions become effective upon publication on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
