GROWTH PARTNER PROGRAMME POLICY
Effective date: 1 August 2026
Version: 1.2
Programme name: Hustlefella Growth Partners
Website: Hustlefella.com
1. Purpose of the Growth Partner Programme
The Hustlefella Growth Partner Programme allows approved individuals, businesses, content creators, community leaders, staff members and organisations to earn commission by introducing, sourcing or helping to onboard suitable service providers to Hustlefella.
Hustlefella believes that growth should create opportunities for more than one person. Growth Partners help suitable providers discover and join the Hustlefella Skills Network, while sharing in the value created when those providers purchase an eligible paid plan.
A Growth Partner may refer a provider through an ordinary AffiliateWP tracking method, or may personally create an authorised Provider Listing for later claiming where Hustlefella has enabled Staff-Assisted Listing Attribution.
The programme is a referral and promotional programme. It is not an employment opportunity, franchise, investment, reseller arrangement, partnership in law or guarantee of income. A person who is also a Hustlefella employee, contractor or staff member remains subject to their separate employment or service agreement.
Participation is subject to this Policy, Schedule A, Hustlefella’s general website terms, privacy policy and any campaign-specific or written custom conditions communicated to the Growth Partner.
2. Definitions
For purposes of this Policy:
2.1 “AffiliateWP”
“AffiliateWP” means the affiliate-management and referral-tracking software used by Hustlefella to record visits, referrals, commissions and payouts.
2.2 “Affiliate Area” or “Growth Partner Dashboard”
The secure area in which a Growth Partner may access referral links, promotional resources, visit information, referral records, commission information and available payout details.
2.3 “Attributed Listing”
An eligible Provider Listing against which Hustlefella has stored a valid Originating Affiliate record. Attribution is listing-specific and does not, by itself, link every purchase made by the provider or customer account to that Growth Partner.
2.4 “Commission”
The amount earned by a Growth Partner from a Qualified Referral or Listing Acquisition Commission, calculated in accordance with this Policy and Schedule A.
2.5 “Customer”
A person or business that registers for or purchases a Hustlefella plan or other eligible Hustlefella product.
2.6 “Eligible Product”
A Hustlefella subscription, plan or product specifically identified as commissionable in Schedule A or another written commission agreement.
2.7 “Growth Partner”
An applicant who has been approved by Hustlefella to participate in the Growth Partner Programme and whose AffiliateWP account is active and in good standing.
2.8 “Listing Acquisition Commission”
A commission arising when an Attributed Listing generates a successful paid transaction for an Eligible Product. It includes an eligible initial payment and, where enabled, eligible recurring renewal payments.
2.9 “Net Eligible Revenue”
The amount actually received by Hustlefella for an Eligible Product, after discounts and excluding:
VAT or other taxes;
shipping or unrelated charges;
free trial, Growth, assessment or complimentary periods;
coupons, credits, waived charges and promotional reductions;
refunds, chargebacks and reversed payments;
failed, unpaid or disputed amounts;
non-commissionable products or services; and
any other exclusion recorded in Schedule A.
Payment-gateway and ordinary processing fees are not deducted from Net Eligible Revenue unless Schedule A or a written custom agreement expressly says otherwise.
2.10 “Originating Affiliate”
The active AffiliateWP affiliate permanently recorded by Hustlefella as having sourced or created an Attributed Listing. Subject to this Policy, the first valid Originating Affiliate recorded for the listing remains attached for the commercial lifetime of that listing.
2.11 “Provider Listing” or “Listing”
A service-provider profile or listing published or maintained in the Hustlefella Skills Network.
2.12 “Qualified Referral”
A tracked referral or Listing Acquisition Commission that satisfies this Policy and has been accepted by Hustlefella as valid and commissionable.
2.13 “Referred Provider Listing”
A Provider Listing introduced, sourced or created by a Growth Partner and validly attributed to that Growth Partner under this Policy.
2.14 “Referral Link”
A unique URL generated for a Growth Partner through AffiliateWP and used to identify traffic and registrations referred by that Growth Partner.
2.15 “Schedule A” or “Programme Schedule”
The current programme-wide schedule at the end of this Policy recording default eligible products, default commission terms, validation periods, payout timing, thresholds and other operational rules.
2.16 “Staff-Assisted Listing”
A Provider Listing created by a logged-in authorised Hustlefella staff user or Growth Partner for a genuine provider, usually so the provider can later claim, verify and manage the listing.
2.17 “Staff-Assisted Listing Attribution”
The permanent listing-specific tracking method through which the active AffiliateWP account of an authorised logged-in creator is recorded as the Originating Affiliate when the Provider Listing is first created.
2.18 “Tracked Coupon”
A coupon code that Hustlefella has formally assigned to a specific Growth Partner for referral-tracking purposes.
2.19 “Listing Commission Schedule”
The listing-specific commission terms stored by Hustlefella against an Attributed Listing, including the Paid Cycle on which commission starts, any Introductory Commission Rate and duration, the Final Recurring Rate, the opening Paid Cycle count and the applicable Originating Affiliate.
A Listing Commission Schedule may be created from programme defaults, copied as a snapshot from an affiliate’s defaults or set individually by an authorised administrator.
2.20 “Paid Cycle”
A unique successful payment greater than zero for an Eligible Product that is technically and commercially linked to the Attributed Listing.
Paid Cycle #1 is the first qualifying non-zero payment, whether WooCommerce records it as the original subscription order, the first payment after a free trial, a renewal, a resubscription or another eligible billing order.
Free, failed, duplicate, fully refunded, reversed, administrative, test and complimentary transactions do not count as Paid Cycles.
2.21 “Introductory Commission Rate”
A temporary commission percentage that may apply for a stated number of commission-bearing Paid Cycles after the listing reaches its commission start cycle.
2.22 “Final Recurring Rate”
The commission percentage that applies after any waiting period and Introductory Commission Rate have ended, subject to this Policy and the Listing Commission Schedule.
3. Eligibility
An applicant must:
be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement;
provide truthful, complete and current information;
provide a valid email address and suitable payout details;
have a legitimate method of promoting Hustlefella;
agree to this Policy and Hustlefella’s applicable website policies;
comply with applicable advertising, privacy, consumer-protection and direct-marketing laws; and
avoid any conduct that may damage Hustlefella, its providers, customers or reputation.
A Growth Partner may be an individual, registered business, community organisation, content creator, existing Hustlefella provider or other approved promoter.
Being a Hustlefella provider does not automatically make someone a Growth Partner. A separate Growth Partner application and approval may be required.
4. Application and approval
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Hustlefella may review:
the applicant’s website or social-media presence;
the applicant’s proposed promotional methods;
the relevance and quality of the applicant’s audience;
previous dealings with Hustlefella;
the accuracy of the information submitted;
possible conflicts of interest; and
any reputational, compliance or fraud-related concerns.
Hustlefella may approve, decline or request further information regarding any application.
Approval applies only to the person or business named in the application. An account may not be sold, transferred, shared or operated for another person without prior written approval.
Unless Hustlefella agrees otherwise, each individual or business may operate only one Growth Partner account.
5. Activation of a Growth Partner account
A Growth Partner becomes active only after Hustlefella confirms approval.
Once approved, the Growth Partner may receive access to:
a unique Referral Link;
an Affiliate Area or Growth Partner Dashboard;
approved banners, images or written promotional material;
campaign tracking tools;
assigned coupon codes, where applicable;
programme announcements;
the Growth Partners community space; and
guidance on how to introduce suitable providers to Hustlefella.
Hustlefella may limit or remove access to any programme feature where operationally necessary.
6. How referrals are tracked
6.1 Approved tracking methods
Referrals may be tracked through:
a Growth Partner’s unique Referral Link;
an approved Tracked Coupon;
an approved campaign link;
an authorised landing page;
direct-link tracking, where specifically enabled;
Staff-Assisted Listing Attribution;
an administrator-approved manual listing attribution supported by suitable evidence; or
another method confirmed by Hustlefella in writing.
Merely mentioning Hustlefella, sending someone the ordinary website address or telling a person about the platform does not necessarily create a tracked referral unless a valid Staff-Assisted Listing or other approved attribution record is created.
6.2 Tracking cookies
When a prospective customer follows a Referral Link, Hustlefella’s tracking system may place a cookie or similar identifier in that person’s browser.
The tracking period is specified in Schedule A.
Cookie-based tracking may be lost when the prospective customer:
blocks or rejects cookies;
clears browser data;
uses private browsing;
changes browsers or devices;
follows another tracked link where later-referrer attribution applies;
uses a coupon assigned to another Growth Partner;
registers through an untracked route; or
uses technology that prevents the tracking system from operating.
Hustlefella does not guarantee that every click, conversation or introduction will be successfully tracked.
6.3 Ordinary customer or cookie attribution
For ordinary referrals not tied to an Attributed Listing, the attribution method in Schedule A determines which Growth Partner receives credit when a customer has interacted with more than one Growth Partner.
Where a Tracked Coupon is used, the Growth Partner assigned to that coupon may receive attribution even where another Referral Link was previously followed.
AffiliateWP’s tracking record will normally be treated as the authoritative record, subject to Hustlefella’s right to correct clear technical, fraudulent or administrative errors.
6.4 Staff-Assisted Listing Attribution
When an authorised logged-in staff user or Growth Partner creates a genuine Provider Listing and has an active AffiliateWP account, Hustlefella may record that affiliate as the listing’s Originating Affiliate.
The attribution is stored against the Provider Listing itself. It is not dependent on a tracking cookie, the listing’s current WordPress author or the provider’s future login account.
The first valid attribution normally wins and is locked. Merely opening, editing, moderating, publishing, approving or updating another person’s listing does not create or transfer attribution.
Only an authorised administrator may assign, reassign or remove a listing attribution after creation. A reason must be recorded, and Hustlefella may retain an audit history of the change.
6.5 Listing-specific priority
For a payment that is technically and commercially linked to an Attributed Listing, that listing’s Originating Affiliate takes priority over a conflicting cookie, Referral Link, Tracked Coupon, customer-wide lifetime link or ordinary last-referrer record, unless Hustlefella determines that the listing attribution is invalid, fraudulent or incorrectly assigned.
This priority applies only to the relevant Attributed Listing and Eligible Product. It does not automatically entitle the Originating Affiliate to commission on other listings, products or purchases belonging to the same customer.
6.6 Claiming and ownership changes
Claiming a listing, changing its WordPress author, transferring day-to-day management, changing the responsible person, editing provider details or changing the customer account does not automatically alter the Originating Affiliate.
The provider’s ownership and management rights over the listing remain separate from the Growth Partner’s commission attribution.
6.7 Multiple listings and providers
A customer or provider may own or manage more than one Provider Listing. Each listing is attributed separately and may have a different Originating Affiliate.
A Growth Partner receives Listing Acquisition Commission only from the specific listing or listings validly attributed to them.
6.8 Manual referral or attribution claims
A Growth Partner who reasonably believes that a referral or listing attribution was lost because of a technical fault may submit a written query within 14 days after the first successful paid transaction or within 14 days after becoming aware of the issue, whichever is earlier where reasonably possible.
The Growth Partner must provide reasonable supporting information, including where available:
the provider or business name;
the Listing ID;
the approximate referral or creation date;
the link, campaign or staff account used;
relevant correspondence; and
an explanation of the suspected technical failure.
Hustlefella is not required to create or alter an attribution where it cannot reasonably be verified. Provider statements alone do not automatically override the system and audit records.
7. Requirements for a Qualified Referral
A referral or Listing Acquisition Commission qualifies only where all applicable requirements are met:
the Growth Partner was active and compliant when the attribution or referral occurred;
the provider or customer is genuine;
the referral or listing was recorded through an approved tracking method;
for a Staff-Assisted Listing, the listing was created for a real provider with reasonable authority, knowledge or a legitimate intention to invite the provider to claim it;
the relevant Eligible Product is purchased for the correctly attributed listing;
Hustlefella successfully receives a payment greater than zero;
the transaction is not fraudulent, refunded, cancelled, reversed or charged back;
the referral is not a prohibited self-referral;
the listing and order are not tests, duplicates, administrative records, sponsorships or complimentary transactions;
the referral complies with this Policy and any campaign conditions; and
AffiliateWP or Hustlefella records the referral as valid.
A provider does not have to be a brand-new Hustlefella user when upgrading an existing free Attributed Listing. A genuine free GROWTH listing may become commissionable later when that same listing first purchases PRO.
Registration, listing creation or claiming alone does not generate payable commission. A free account, free listing, enquiry, profile view, abandoned checkout, zero-value order or unsuccessful payment is not payable unless Hustlefella expressly introduces a separate written campaign.
8. Hustlefella plans and commission eligibility
8.1 GROWTH plan
The free Hustlefella GROWTH plan does not generate commission because Hustlefella receives no subscription revenue.
A valid Staff-Assisted Listing may nevertheless be attributed while it remains on GROWTH. The attribution stays dormant and may become commissionable if that same listing later purchases an eligible PRO subscription.
Hustlefella may introduce a separate campaign reward for free GROWTH registrations, but such a reward applies only when expressly communicated in writing.
8.2 PRO subscriptions
Successful paid transactions for Hustlefella PRO product #19641 may qualify as Paid Cycles, provided the payment is linked to a valid Attributed Listing and satisfies this Policy.
Whether commission is payable on a particular Paid Cycle, and the percentage that applies, is determined by that listing’s Listing Commission Schedule.
The programme default begins commission on Paid Cycle #1, but an individually recorded schedule may begin commission on a later Paid Cycle or apply a temporary Introductory Commission Rate before the Final Recurring Rate.
8.3 Approval, assessment, trial and free periods
No commission is earned during a free approval period, assessment period, trial, complimentary period or any other period in which Hustlefella receives no payment.
The listing attribution and subscription relationship may remain recorded so that a later successful paid transaction can generate commission.
A zero-value referral or diagnostic record displayed in a dashboard or log is not payable commission.
8.4 Launch 500, Founder-25 and Early-100 offers
A subscription obtained through Launch 500, Founder-25, Early-100 or another introductory offer qualifies only on the amount actually paid to Hustlefella.
No commission is calculated on:
free months;
waived subscription charges;
the difference between the standard price and a discounted price;
complimentary benefits; or
a R0 order or renewal.
Where a provider receives a free introductory period followed by a discounted paid subscription, the first successful non-zero transaction becomes the first Paid Cycle.
Commission is calculated on the discounted amount only if that Paid Cycle is commission-bearing under the Listing Commission Schedule.
8.5 Lift-Up Sponsored PRO
Sponsored PRO access awarded through the Hustlefella Lift-Up programme does not generate commission during the sponsored period because the provider is not paying Hustlefella for that access.
If the same Attributed Listing later independently purchases an Eligible Product, the first qualifying non-zero transaction becomes a Paid Cycle and may generate commission according to the Listing Commission Schedule, subject to this Policy.
8.6 Administrative, staff and complimentary plans
Plans manually granted by Hustlefella, testing subscriptions, internal staff accounts, sponsorships, replacements, goodwill extensions and complimentary access do not generate commission.
8.7 Subscription switching
A genuine paid switch involving the same Attributed Listing remains subject to the listing’s Originating Affiliate.
Hustlefella may prevent duplicate commission where the switch order merely restructures an existing subscription without producing additional Net Eligible Revenue.
9. Listing Acquisition and recurring commissions
9.1 Listing-specific commercial lifetime
Subject to this Policy, the Originating Affiliate remains connected to the Attributed Listing for the commercial lifetime of that listing.
The attribution survives:
claim approval;
listing-author or account changes;
ordinary listing edits;
upgrades from GROWTH to PRO;
PRO renewals;
temporary suspension or failed payment;
downgrade to GROWTH;
cancellation; and
a later resubscription for the same listing.
9.2 When commission accrues
Commission accrues only when Hustlefella successfully receives Net Eligible Revenue for an Eligible Product linked to the Attributed Listing.
A pause, suspension, cancellation, expiry, failed payment or downgrade pauses future commission because no eligible payment is being received. It does not automatically erase the listing attribution.
9.3 Resubscription
If an Attributed Listing later purchases PRO again after cancellation, expiry or downgrade, the original valid Originating Affiliate resumes earning commission from new successful paid transactions.
The provider’s right to an old promotional price, discount or Launch 500 status is separate from affiliate attribution. Preserving the Originating Affiliate does not preserve a cancelled subscription’s historic pricing.
9.4 Active status and good standing
Automatic recurring commission normally requires the Originating Affiliate’s AffiliateWP account to remain active and in good standing when the payment occurs.
Where an affiliate is suspended or inactive, Hustlefella may hold, reject or pause new commission.
Reactivation does not create retroactive entitlement to payments that were validly excluded during inactivity unless Hustlefella agrees otherwise in writing.
9.5 Leaving a staff or employment role
Merely ceasing to be a Hustlefella staff member, employee or contractor does not automatically remove valid listing attribution where the person remains an approved Growth Partner in good standing.
A separate written employment, contractor or incentive agreement may provide that future commission ends when that relationship ends. Where such an agreement applies, it takes precedence for that person.
9.6 Invalid listings, duplicates and mergers
No commission is payable for duplicate, fabricated, misleading, unauthorised or manipulated listings.
Where duplicate listings are merged, Hustlefella may determine which attribution survives after considering the earliest valid source, provider confirmation, listing quality, audit records and fairness.
Commission will not be duplicated merely because more than one listing existed for the same underlying service profile.
9.7 Paid Cycle counting
Each unique successful non-zero payment linked to the Attributed Listing advances the Paid Cycle count by one, unless the payment is excluded under this Policy.
A R0 original order created for a free trial does not count. The first later non-zero renewal is Paid Cycle #1. A successful non-zero original order with no free period is Paid Cycle #1.
The Paid Cycle count ordinarily continues for the commercial lifetime of the Attributed Listing.
Cancellation, downgrade, expiry and later resubscription do not restart the count unless Hustlefella expressly records a reset for a legitimate contractual or correction reason.
9.8 Delayed commission start
A Listing Commission Schedule may state that commission begins on a Paid Cycle later than Paid Cycle #1.
Paid Cycles before the recorded commission start cycle advance the Paid Cycle count but generate no payable commission.
For example, where commission starts on Paid Cycle #3, Paid Cycles #1 and #2 generate no commission and Paid Cycle #3 is the first commission-bearing transaction.
9.9 Introductory and final rates
A Listing Commission Schedule may apply an Introductory Commission Rate for a stated number of commission-bearing Paid Cycles before moving to the Final Recurring Rate.
The introductory period begins only when the listing reaches its commission start cycle. Waiting Paid Cycles before commission begins do not use up the introductory period.
For example, where commission starts on Paid Cycle #3, the Introductory Commission Rate is 70% for two cycles and the Final Recurring Rate is 50%:
Paid Cycles #1 and #2 generate no commission;
Paid Cycles #3 and #4 generate 70%; and
Paid Cycle #5 onward generates 50%.
9.10 Affiliate defaults and listing-specific snapshots
Hustlefella may record default commission terms for an individual Growth Partner. When a new listing is attributed, those defaults may be copied to the listing as a locked snapshot.
Changing an affiliate’s defaults later does not automatically alter existing Attributed Listings.
Each existing listing retains its recorded Listing Commission Schedule unless an authorised administrator changes it.
9.11 Administrator changes and audit history
Only an authorised administrator may alter a Listing Commission Schedule, opening Paid Cycle count or other listing-specific commission term after attribution.
A reason must be recorded.
Hustlefella may retain the previous and replacement terms, the administrator’s user ID, the date, affected orders and related referral records as part of its financial audit history.
Where a referral has already been paid, a later correction may be dealt with through a future deduction, negative balance, separate adjustment or repayment request rather than silently rewriting the completed payout.
9.12 Refunds, reversals and reindexing
A fully refunded, charged-back or reversed payment does not remain a qualifying Paid Cycle.
Hustlefella may remove it from the active Paid Cycle sequence and reindex later unpaid or pending cycles.
A partial refund may reduce Net Eligible Revenue and the related commission without removing the Paid Cycle where a positive eligible payment remains.
Reindexing may change the rate that should apply to later Pending or Unpaid referrals.
Referrals already included in a completed payout will not necessarily be rewritten automatically and may require a separate adjustment under this Policy.
9.13 Existing subscriptions and opening Paid Cycle count
When the commission system is introduced for an existing subscription, Hustlefella may record an opening Paid Cycle count representing qualifying successful payments that occurred before the listing-specific ledger began.
The opening count must not include payments already recorded individually in the ledger.
Hustlefella may correct an opening count where historic orders, deleted tests, trials, refunds or duplicate records would otherwise cause an inaccurate result.
10. Commission calculation
10.1 Programme default Listing Commission Schedule
Unless a written custom agreement or listing-specific schedule applies, the default Listing Commission Schedule for PRO product #19641 is:
commission starts on Paid Cycle #1;
no Introductory Commission Rate period applies; and
the Final Recurring Rate is 50% of Net Eligible Revenue.
10.2 Listing-specific variations
A named Growth Partner or Attributed Listing may have a different commission start cycle, Introductory Commission Rate, introductory duration or Final Recurring Rate where Hustlefella records those terms in the Listing Commission Schedule or confirms them in writing.
The listing-specific recorded schedule takes precedence over the programme default for that listing.
It does not alter the terms of other listings attributed to the same Growth Partner.
10.3 Examples
Under the programme default:
A free GROWTH listing generates R0 commission.
A R0 Founder-25 or Early-100 period generates R0 commission and does not count as a Paid Cycle.
A successful R99 Paid Cycle at 50% generates R49.50 commission.
A successful R149 Paid Cycle at 50% generates R74.50 commission.
A fully refunded eligible payment ultimately generates R0 commission and may be removed from the active Paid Cycle sequence.
Under an individual schedule starting on Paid Cycle #3 at 70% for two commission-bearing cycles and then 50%:
Paid Cycles #1 and #2 generate R0 commission;
Paid Cycles #3 and #4 generate 70% of Net Eligible Revenue; and
Paid Cycle #5 onward generates 50% of Net Eligible Revenue.
10.4 Calculation basis
Commission is calculated after discounts and excluding VAT, refunds, reversals, credits and unrelated products.
Unless Schedule A says otherwise, ordinary payment-gateway charges remain Hustlefella’s expense and are not individually deducted from the Growth Partner’s commission.
10.5 Other referral methods
Hustlefella may use a percentage, fixed amount, delayed start, limited period, performance tier, campaign-specific rate or individually agreed rate for referral methods or products other than the programme default Listing Acquisition arrangement.
A custom rate or schedule applies only after Hustlefella records it in the relevant Listing Commission Schedule or confirms it in writing.
10.6 Currency
Commission is recorded in the transaction currency or converted according to AffiliateWP’s enabled multi-currency configuration and Schedule A.
Rounding is performed using the applicable WooCommerce currency precision.
11. Referral statuses
A referral may appear with one of the following statuses:
11.1 Pending
The referral has been recorded but is awaiting payment confirmation, review or completion of the validation period.
Pending referrals are not payable.
11.2 Unpaid
The referral has been accepted as valid but has not yet been included in a completed payout.
11.3 Rejected
The referral has been declined and will not be paid.
Reasons may include:
refund or cancellation;
failed or reversed payment;
chargeback;
duplicate transaction;
self-referral;
fraud or manipulation;
breach of this Policy;
non-commissionable product;
incorrect tracking;
test or administrative transaction; or
failure to satisfy the Qualified Referral requirements.
11.4 Paid
The commission has been included in a completed payout.
Dashboard figures are informational and may be corrected where an error, refund, duplicate, fraud issue or technical problem is discovered.
12. Validation and refund period
Commissions remain subject to validation for the period specified in the agreed upon schedule.
Hustlefella may delay payment until:
the applicable refund or cancellation period has passed;
the customer’s payment has cleared;
fraud screening has been completed;
chargeback risk has reasonably reduced; and
the Growth Partner has supplied valid payout and tax information.
If an order is refunded, cancelled, failed, reversed or charged back before commission is paid, the related commission may be rejected.
Where commission has already been paid before a later reversal is discovered, Hustlefella may:
deduct the amount from future commissions;
place the Growth Partner account into a negative balance;
suspend future payouts while the matter is investigated; or
request repayment where no future commission is available.
13. Payouts
13.1 Payout schedule
Valid commissions are paid according to the frequency stated in the agreed upon schedule.
A payout is made only once the Growth Partner has reached the applicable minimum payout threshold.
Amounts below the threshold roll forward to the next payout period.
13.2 Payout methods
Available payout methods may include:
South African electronic funds transfer;
PayPal;
Stripe or another supported payout service;
another approved payment method; or
manual payment arranged by Hustlefella.
Not every payout method will be available in every country.
13.3 Payment information
The Growth Partner is responsible for maintaining accurate:
account-holder details;
banking information;
PayPal or payment-service details;
address and identity information;
business information; and
tax information.
Hustlefella is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information supplied by the Growth Partner.
A failed payout may be held until corrected information is supplied.
Reasonable third-party reversal or reprocessing charges may be deducted where the failure resulted from incorrect details.
13.4 Currency and conversion
Commissions are recorded and paid in the currency stated in the agreed upon schedule or displayed in the Growth Partner Dashboard.
Where currency conversion is necessary, the exchange rate and fees applied by the relevant bank, payment processor or payout provider may affect the amount received.
13.5 No interest
No interest accrues on pending, unpaid, withheld or carried-forward commission balances.
13.6 Disputed payouts
A Growth Partner must report a disputed payout within 30 days of the payout date.
Hustlefella may decline to reopen historic payout periods where no query was raised within a reasonable time.
14. Taxes
Growth Partners participate as independent earners and are responsible for:
declaring commission income;
registering for any applicable tax obligations;
maintaining appropriate records;
issuing invoices where legally required;
accounting for VAT where applicable; and
obtaining their own tax advice.
Hustlefella does not provide personal tax advice and is not responsible for a Growth Partner’s tax liability.
Hustlefella may request tax, identity, banking or business documentation before releasing a payout where reasonably required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or payment-processing purposes.
15. Independent relationship
A Growth Partner is an independent promoter.
Nothing in the programme creates:
employment;
agency;
legal partnership;
joint venture;
franchise;
representative authority;
fiduciary relationship; or
entitlement to employment benefits.
A Growth Partner may not:
enter into an agreement on Hustlefella’s behalf;
commit Hustlefella to any price, promise or obligation;
collect subscription payments on Hustlefella’s behalf;
present themselves as a Hustlefella employee;
guarantee acceptance of a provider profile;
guarantee leads, customers, work or income; or
make statements that Hustlefella has not authorised.
The words “Growth Partner”, “affiliate partner” or “referral partner” must not be used in a manner that suggests ownership of or authority over Hustlefella.
16. Advertising disclosure
Growth Partners must clearly disclose that they may earn commission when someone purchases through their Referral Link or coupon.
The disclosure must be:
easy to see;
understandable to the intended audience;
placed close to the promotional message or link;
made before or at the time the audience acts on the promotion; and
appropriate to the platform being used.
Examples include:
“I am a Hustlefella Growth Partner and may earn commission if you subscribe through my link.”
“Affiliate link — I may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.”
Suitable social-media identifiers may include #Ad, #Advertisement, #Sponsored or #Affiliate, provided the commercial relationship is clear.
A disclosure hidden at the bottom of a long page, among unrelated hashtags or behind an unclear link is not sufficient.
17. Accuracy of promotional content
Growth Partners must promote Hustlefella honestly and responsibly.
They may describe only:
features that are currently available;
prices and offers that are currently valid;
benefits that can reasonably be supported;
their own genuine experiences; and
information contained in approved Hustlefella material.
Growth Partners may not claim or imply that:
joining guarantees leads or paid work;
Hustlefella has already secured customers for a provider;
a provider will earn a particular amount;
a free offer will remain available indefinitely;
every application will be approved;
Hustlefella employs or directly manages listed providers;
Hustlefella processes service payments on behalf of listed providers, unless this later becomes an authorised service;
Hustlefella operates a digital wallet;
Hustlefella endorses a particular provider merely because that provider has a listing; or
the Growth Partner has special authority that has not been granted.
Testimonials and reviews must be genuine and must not be fabricated, edited to mislead or presented as typical results where they are exceptional.
18. Approved and prohibited promotional methods
18.1 Generally permitted methods
Subject to this Policy, Growth Partners may promote Hustlefella through:
their own website or blog;
social-media posts;
educational videos;
relevant community groups where promotion is allowed;
newsletters sent to consenting subscribers;
one-to-one conversations;
business networking;
approved paid advertising;
printed material approved by Hustlefella; and
other lawful, transparent methods.
18.2 Prohibited methods
The following are prohibited unless Hustlefella gives prior written approval:
unsolicited bulk email, SMS, WhatsApp or direct messaging;
adding people to marketing groups or mailing lists without consent;
buying, scraping or harvesting contact lists;
cookie stuffing or placing tracking cookies without a genuine voluntary click;
forced redirects, invisible frames, misleading buttons or automatic link activation;
bots, automated clicks, fake traffic or click-exchange schemes;
adware, spyware, browser extensions or malicious software;
fake accounts, fake customers or false identities;
submitting another person’s information without their knowledge;
self-referrals or transactions controlled, funded or reimbursed by the Growth Partner;
unauthorised cashback, rebates, gifts or inducements;
offering to share commission with a customer without written approval;
publishing expired, fabricated or unauthorised coupons;
coupon scraping or presenting ordinary website offers as exclusive partner offers;
registering domains or social-media accounts containing “Hustlefella” or confusingly similar wording;
impersonating Hustlefella or creating pages that appear to be official Hustlefella pages;
copying the Hustlefella website or creating a misleading replica;
paid search bidding on Hustlefella trademarks, brand terms or common misspellings without written approval;
placing advertisements that link directly to Hustlefella while disguising the Growth Partner’s involvement;
making false, defamatory, discriminatory or misleading claims;
promoting Hustlefella alongside illegal, hateful, exploitative or sexually explicit material;
targeting children;
sub-affiliate or multi-tier arrangements that have not been approved;
registering customers on their behalf without genuine authorisation;
interfering with another Growth Partner’s referrals; or
any conduct intended to manipulate AffiliateWP, WooCommerce, payment systems or referral attribution.
19. Self-referrals and listing integrity
19.1 Self-referrals
Growth Partners may not earn commission from their own purchases or from a listing that is, in substance, their own provider profile unless Hustlefella has expressly approved the arrangement in writing.
A prohibited self-referral includes a purchase:
made through the Growth Partner’s own Referral Link or coupon;
using the Growth Partner’s own customer account, email address or payment method;
made by a business controlled by the Growth Partner;
funded or reimbursed by the Growth Partner;
made through a second account created to obtain commission; or
structured primarily to avoid the self-referral rule.
A genuine referral involving a family member, colleague or related person may be reviewed where there is a close financial or business connection.
19.2 Authorised listing creation
A Growth Partner must not create a Provider Listing by impersonating a provider, submitting false information, misusing private information or pretending that the provider has agreed to terms that the provider has not accepted.
Staff-Assisted Listings should use information that is public, lawfully supplied or reasonably authorised for the purpose of inviting the provider to claim and complete the listing.
19.3 No attribution manipulation
A Growth Partner must not:
create duplicate listings to multiply commission;
edit another Growth Partner’s listing merely to claim attribution;
replace listing-order identifiers;
interfere with a claim or ownership process;
use another person’s staff account;
manipulate AffiliateWP, Directories Pro, WooCommerce or subscription records; or
collude with a provider to manufacture commission.
Hustlefella’s decision regarding self-referral or listing-integrity classification will be final unless a clear factual error is demonstrated.
20. Direct marketing and privacy
Growth Partners must comply with applicable privacy and direct-marketing laws, including POPIA where relevant.
Growth Partners must not send unsolicited electronic marketing to a person who has not consented or where the law does not otherwise permit it.
Marketing communications must:
identify the sender;
explain the commercial nature of the communication where necessary;
provide a simple method to unsubscribe or object;
honour opt-out requests promptly;
use personal information only for the purpose for which it was lawfully obtained; and
be sent only through methods to which the recipient has consented.
A Growth Partner may not use information obtained from Hustlefella to build an unrelated marketing database.
Provider, customer and applicant information visible on Hustlefella may not be scraped, exported, sold, transferred or used for unsolicited marketing.
Any suspected loss, unauthorised disclosure or misuse of Hustlefella-related personal information must be reported to Hustlefella promptly.
21. Intellectual property and brand use
Hustlefella retains ownership of its:
name;
logo;
slogan;
trademarks;
website content;
graphics;
promotional material;
software;
photographs;
written content; and
other intellectual property.
While a Growth Partner remains approved, Hustlefella grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use approved promotional material solely for legitimate participation in the programme.
Growth Partners may not:
modify the Hustlefella logo without approval;
change brand colours or wording in a misleading way;
remove copyright or trademark notices;
claim ownership of Hustlefella material;
sublicense material to another person;
use the brand in a business name, domain or social handle;
create merchandise using the Hustlefella brand; or
continue using programme material after termination.
Hustlefella may require any promotional content to be corrected or removed.
22. Promotional resources
Hustlefella may provide banners, referral copy, images, videos, landing pages or other resources.
These resources may be updated or withdrawn at any time.
Growth Partners are responsible for checking that:
prices remain current;
promotions have not expired;
claims remain accurate;
links remain functional; and
older material has not been replaced.
Hustlefella is not responsible for misleading promotions caused by a Growth Partner continuing to use outdated material after an update has been communicated or published.
23. Customer relationship and support
Customers referred through the programme become customers of Hustlefella for the relevant Hustlefella product.
The Growth Partner does not own the customer relationship and has no right to:
access the customer’s private account information;
receive the customer’s subscription payment;
change the customer’s plan;
cancel the customer’s subscription;
obtain confidential transaction information; or
provide official Hustlefella support unless authorised.
Questions regarding subscriptions, refunds, account access, listings or billing must be directed to Hustlefella’s official support channels.
Growth Partners may help customers understand the public registration process but may not request or retain customer passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive credentials.
24. Monitoring and compliance reviews
Hustlefella may monitor:
referral patterns;
listing creation and claim history;
originating-affiliate audit records;
conversion rates;
traffic sources;
coupon use;
promotional content;
refund and chargeback levels;
order, subscription and listing relationships;
account relationships;
IP addresses and technical signals;
suspicious transactions; and
compliance with this Policy.
Hustlefella may request information about how a Growth Partner obtained, created or promoted a referral or Provider Listing.
Failure to provide a reasonable explanation or supporting information may result in attribution or referrals being held, reassigned, removed, rejected or investigated.
25. Suspension
Hustlefella may temporarily suspend a Growth Partner account while investigating:
suspected fraud;
prohibited self-referrals;
misleading advertising;
privacy complaints;
abnormal traffic;
unusual refund activity;
unauthorised brand use;
incorrect account information;
payment or identity concerns; or
another suspected breach.
During suspension:
new referrals may not be accepted;
links or coupons may be disabled;
commissions may be withheld;
payouts may be delayed; and
access to the Growth Partner Dashboard may be restricted.
Suspension does not mean that wrongdoing has been conclusively established.
26. Termination
Either Hustlefella or the Growth Partner may end participation in the programme.
A Growth Partner may request closure by contacting Hustlefella through the official contact details shown on the website.
Hustlefella may terminate participation immediately where there is:
fraud or attempted fraud;
deliberate manipulation of tracking;
serious or repeated breach of this Policy;
unlawful direct marketing;
material reputational harm;
impersonation;
misuse of customer information;
non-disclosure of the commercial relationship;
dishonest promotional claims;
abusive conduct;
prolonged inactivity; or
another reasonable legal, security or operational concern.
Hustlefella may also discontinue the programme or terminate an account for operational reasons on reasonable notice where practical.
27. Effect of termination
After termination:
the Growth Partner must stop presenting themselves as a Hustlefella Growth Partner;
Referral Links and coupons may be disabled;
new listing attributions may no longer be created;
Hustlefella promotional material must be removed;
access to the Growth Partner Dashboard may end; and
confidential information must remain confidential.
Valid commission earned before an ordinary termination may remain payable according to Schedule A.
For listing attribution already created before an ordinary, non-breach termination, future treatment depends on the reason and legal relationship:
where the person remains an approved Growth Partner in good standing, existing valid listing attribution may continue;
where a separate employment, contractor or incentive agreement states that commission ends with that relationship, that agreement applies;
where participation is terminated for fraud, manipulation, serious misconduct or material breach, Hustlefella may end future commission and reject, withhold or recover affected amounts; and
where the programme itself is discontinued, Hustlefella may close future commission prospectively on reasonable notice, subject to accrued rights and applicable law.
Termination does not affect provisions intended to continue, including confidentiality, intellectual property, tax, liability, dispute, repayment and audit obligations.
28. Inactive accounts
Hustlefella may classify an account as inactive where there has been no meaningful promotional, listing-acquisition or referral activity for 12 consecutive months.
Hustlefella may:
contact the Growth Partner;
request confirmation that the account is still required;
disable unused links or coupons;
pause new commission while the account is inactive;
suspend dashboard access; or
close the account on reasonable notice.
An existing listing attribution may remain recorded for audit purposes even where the affiliate account is inactive.
No retroactive commission is guaranteed for payments occurring while the affiliate was ineligible or inactive.
A valid unpaid balance remains subject to the normal validation, payout threshold and payment requirements.
29. No earnings guarantee
Hustlefella does not guarantee:
referral traffic;
conversion rates;
commission income;
recurring income;
minimum payouts;
continued customer subscriptions;
uninterrupted tracking;
acceptance of every referral;
availability of every product or promotion; or
that participation will be profitable.
Examples, illustrations, leaderboards and testimonials are not promises of typical or future earnings.
A Growth Partner is responsible for their own promotional costs and business decisions.
30. Programme changes
Hustlefella may amend:
commission rates;
eligible products;
cookie duration;
listing-attribution rules;
validation periods;
payout thresholds;
payout methods;
promotional restrictions;
campaign conditions; or
another programme setting.
Where reasonably practical, material changes affecting future commission will be communicated before taking effect.
Changes ordinarily apply prospectively.
A referral already accepted as valid, or a listing already validly attributed, will normally remain subject to the terms applicable when it was generated or attributed, except where:
fraud, duplication or an error is discovered;
the related payment is reversed;
the Growth Partner breached this Policy;
a separate written agreement provides otherwise;
the programme is discontinued prospectively; or
the law requires a different outcome.
Continued participation after an updated Policy takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
31. Programme availability
Hustlefella may modify, pause or discontinue the Growth Partner Programme.
Hustlefella does not guarantee that AffiliateWP, a specific add-on, payout service, coupon system, subscription integration or promotional tool will remain available indefinitely.
Where a technical system is replaced, Hustlefella may migrate referral and commission information where reasonably possible.
32. Confidentiality
A Growth Partner must not disclose confidential information received through the programme, including:
non-public campaign information;
unreleased features;
internal commission arrangements;
customer information;
security information;
fraud-prevention methods;
private provider information; or
information clearly identified as confidential.
This does not prevent disclosure required by law or to a professional adviser who is also required to maintain confidentiality.
33. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hustlefella will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from:
unsuccessful promotions;
lost prospective commission;
tracking failure;
cookie blocking;
website downtime;
payment-provider delays;
customer cancellation;
changes to the programme;
loss of data outside Hustlefella’s reasonable control; or
a Growth Partner’s reliance on estimated dashboard information.
Nothing in this Policy excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
34. Growth Partner responsibility
The Growth Partner is responsible for claims, losses, complaints or costs arising from their:
unlawful marketing;
misleading statements;
privacy violations;
intellectual-property infringement;
unauthorised promises;
failure to disclose the affiliate relationship;
collection or misuse of personal information;
breach of platform or community rules; or
breach of this Policy.
Hustlefella may require the Growth Partner to correct content, cooperate with a complaint or provide relevant records.
35. Disputes
A Growth Partner should first submit a written dispute to Hustlefella through the official Growth Partner support channel.
The dispute should include:
the Growth Partner’s registered details;
the Listing ID, referral, order, subscription or payout information;
the disputed attribution or amount;
the relevant dates;
supporting evidence; and
the requested resolution.
A listing-attribution dispute should be raised promptly, preferably before the listing generates a paid PRO transaction.
A payout dispute must be reported within 30 days after the payout date.
Both parties should attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.
Hustlefella may consider AffiliateWP, Directories Pro, WordPress, WooCommerce, subscription, payment-provider and audit records.
Hustlefella may correct those records where clear evidence shows an error, but is not required to override reliable records merely because a provider or Growth Partner later makes an unsupported assertion.
36. Governing law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of an appropriate South African court, unless the parties agree to another lawful dispute-resolution process.
37. General provisions
37.1 Entire agreement
This Policy, Schedule A, applicable website terms and any written custom commission agreement constitute the agreement governing participation in the Growth Partner Programme.
37.2 Severability
If one provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
37.3 No waiver
Failure by Hustlefella to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
37.4 Assignment
A Growth Partner may not assign or transfer their rights or account without written approval.
37.5 Electronic communication
Notices and programme communications may be delivered electronically through email, the Growth Partner Dashboard, the Hustlefella website or the Growth Partners community space.
Growth Partners are responsible for keeping their contact details current.
SCHEDULE A — CURRENT COMMISSION AND PAYOUT TERMS
Effective from: 1 August 2026
A.1 Eligible Listing Acquisition Product
Hustlefella PRO product #19641.
A.2 Programme default Listing Commission Schedule
Commission starts on Paid Cycle #1.
No Introductory Commission Rate applies by default; the introductory duration is zero Paid Cycles.
The Final Recurring Rate is 50% of Net Eligible Revenue from each commission-bearing paid PRO transaction linked to a valid Attributed Listing.
A.3 Individual Listing Commission Schedules
Hustlefella may record different terms for a named Growth Partner or individual Attributed Listing, including:
a later commission start Paid Cycle;
an Introductory Commission Rate;
the number of commission-bearing Paid Cycles for which the introductory rate applies;
a different Final Recurring Rate; and
an opening Paid Cycle count for an existing subscription.
The listing-specific recorded schedule takes precedence over A.2 for that listing only.
A.4 Paid Cycle definition
Only a unique successful non-zero PRO payment counts as a Paid Cycle.
R0 trials, free periods, failed payments, fully refunded or reversed orders, tests, duplicates, sponsorships, complimentary access and administrative transactions do not count.
A partial refund reduces Net Eligible Revenue but does not remove the Paid Cycle while a positive eligible payment remains.
A.5 Free GROWTH and free periods
No commission is payable on GROWTH, R0 approval or assessment periods, free Founder-25 months, free Early-100 months, Lift-Up Sponsored PRO, complimentary access or any other R0 transaction.
A.6 Recurring period
No fixed maximum number of paid billing cycles applies unless an individual written or recorded schedule states otherwise.
Commission may continue for the commercial lifetime of the Attributed Listing while:
the payment succeeds;
the applicable rate is greater than zero;
the affiliate remains eligible; and
this Policy is satisfied.
A.7 Cancellation and resubscription
Cancellation, expiry or downgrade pauses commission but does not ordinarily remove valid listing attribution or reset the Paid Cycle count.
A later eligible PRO resubscription for the same listing continues the existing sequence.
Historic promotional pricing is not guaranteed.
A.8 Validation period
30 days from the recorded referral or successful payment, subject to a longer reasonable hold where fraud, chargeback, refund or payment risk remains unresolved.
A.9 Referral status
New commission-bearing Listing Acquisition referrals are recorded as Pending and require validation before becoming payable.
A Paid Cycle carrying a 0% rate may be recorded in Hustlefella’s internal ledger without creating a payable AffiliateWP referral.
A.10 Minimum payout threshold
R500 in approved unpaid commission. Lower balances roll forward.
A.11 Payout frequency
Monthly, after validation and once the minimum threshold and payout-information requirements are met.
A.12 Payout currency and method
Normally South African rand by approved South African electronic funds transfer for South African Growth Partners, or another method and currency approved by Hustlefella.
A.13 Ordinary cookie attribution
The current AffiliateWP cookie duration and first-referrer or last-referrer rule shown in Hustlefella’s AffiliateWP settings applies to ordinary referrals.
Listing-specific attribution takes priority for payments tied to an Attributed Listing.
A.14 Product limitation
Only products expressly permitted in AffiliateWP and this Schedule generate commission.
At the effective date, the allowed Listing Acquisition product is #19641.
A.15 Custom agreements
A written custom commission agreement or administrator-recorded Listing Commission Schedule may vary this Schedule for a named Growth Partner or Attributed Listing.
All unaffected provisions continue to apply.
38. Acceptance
By applying for, accessing or participating in the Hustlefella Growth Partner Programme, the applicant confirms that they:
have read this Policy;
understand how referral tracking and commission work;
agree to comply with the rules;
understand that approval and earnings are not guaranteed;
accept responsibility for their marketing activities and taxes; and
agree to the current Schedule A and any applicable written custom commission agreement.
