What is the Hustlefella GROWTH plan?
GROWTH is Hustlefella's free starting plan for legitimate providers and small businesses. It gives you a professional public profile, basic search visibility, up to five relevant categories, defined service or business areas, limited showcase content, reviews and a direct route for customer or buyer enquiries. For eligible service categories, GROWTH can also receive a limited number of matching service requests. It does not expire automatically.
Does Hustlefella charge for every lead?
No. Hustlefella does not operate a pay-per-lead credit system. Eligible GROWTH listings can receive a limited introduction to matching service requests, while PRO removes the free lead limit for ongoing, unlimited matching access where applicable. Hustlefella does not add a separate charge for each matching request and does not take a commission from provider earnings.
Does Hustlefella take commission?
No. Hustlefella does not take a percentage of the money you earn from customers or buyers you meet through the platform.
What is Hustlefella Lift-Up?
Hustlefella Lift-Up is a separate sponsorship programme for capable providers and small businesses that genuinely cannot afford PRO at present. Community members may nominate a business or provider they genuinely know, and business owners may also apply for themselves. Selected applicants receive six months of Sponsored PRO, personal profile guidance and a Profile Quality Review before activation. Places are limited, selection is not guaranteed, and the sponsorship does not automatically become a paid subscription when it ends. Can I cancel PRO?
Yes. Monthly PRO renews monthly and Yearly PRO renews every 12 months. You may cancel future renewal in accordance with the subscription process and applicable law. PRO access continues until the end of any period already paid for; afterward, PRO-only functionality may be removed and the listing may revert to GROWTH.
Does joining guarantee customers or sales?
No platform can guarantee enquiries, customers, sales or paid work. Hustlefella helps businesses become discoverable and contactable, but results depend on demand, category, location, profile quality, responsiveness, reviews, competitiveness and customer or buyer choice.
