Prohibited Services Policy

1. Introduction
Welcome to Hustlefella (“Hustlefella”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
Hustlefella exists to connect customers with skilled, trustworthy Service Providers offering legitimate services.
To protect our community, certain services, activities, and listings are not permitted on the Platform.
This Prohibited Services Policy explains which services may not be advertised, promoted, requested, or facilitated through Hustlefella.

2. Our Commitment
Hustlefella is committed to building a platform based on:
trust;
professionalism;
integrity;
safety;
accountability.
Not every lawful service is necessarily appropriate for the Hustlefella Platform.
Accordingly, Hustlefella reserves the right to determine whether a particular listing, service, or activity is suitable for inclusion.
3. General Principle
Only lawful, genuine, and professionally offered services may be listed on Hustlefella.
Any service that may place users, the public, or the reputation of the Platform at unreasonable risk may be refused or removed.
4. Illegal Services
The following are strictly prohibited:
criminal activity;
money laundering;
fraud;
identity theft;
document forgery;
hacking services;
cybercrime;
illegal surveillance;
bribery;
corruption;
tax evasion services;
services intended to facilitate unlawful conduct.
5. Dangerous Services
Services involving unreasonable risk to people or property may not be advertised.
Examples include:
unlawful handling of hazardous materials;
illegal explosives;
unlawful weapons manufacture or modification;
unsafe demolition services without appropriate legal authority;
dangerous activities conducted without required licences or permits.
6. Controlled or Regulated Services
Certain professions or activities are regulated by law.
Where applicable, Service Providers may be required to demonstrate that they hold the licences, registrations, certifications, or other authorisations required by law.
Hustlefella reserves the right to remove listings where appropriate authorisation cannot be reasonably demonstrated.
7. Adult Services
The following are prohibited:
prostitution;
escort services involving sexual services;
pornography;
explicit adult entertainment;
sexual exploitation;
any content or services involving minors.
Hustlefella maintains zero tolerance for child exploitation.
8. Violence and Harm
Listings promoting or facilitating:
violence;
terrorism;
organised crime;
intimidation;
harassment;
human trafficking;
exploitation;
animal cruelty;
self-harm;
are strictly prohibited.
9. Misleading Services
Providers may not advertise:
services they cannot perform;
qualifications they do not possess;
false guarantees;
misleading pricing;
fake certifications;
fabricated testimonials.
Honest representation is essential to maintaining trust.
10. Intellectual Property Infringement
Services primarily intended to infringe another person’s intellectual property rights are prohibited.
Examples include:
counterfeit production;
unauthorised copying;
piracy;
unlawful distribution of copyrighted material.
11. Financial Misconduct
Listings involving unlawful financial activity are prohibited, including:
pyramid schemes;
Ponzi schemes;
fraudulent investment schemes;
illegal gambling operations;
unlawful lending activities.
12. Medical and Professional Advice
Providers offering regulated professional services, including medical, legal, financial, engineering, or similar services, remain responsible for complying with all applicable laws, professional standards, and licensing requirements.
Hustlefella reserves the right to request evidence of professional registration where appropriate.
13. Misuse of the Platform
The Platform must not be used to:
recruit participants for unlawful activities;
distribute malware;
spread misinformation;
impersonate another business;
advertise services on behalf of another person without authority;
facilitate scams.
14. Requests for Prohibited Services
Customers must not use Hustlefella to request services that would themselves breach this Policy.
Service requests may be declined or removed where they relate to prohibited activities.
15. Investigation
Where Hustlefella becomes aware of a potentially prohibited service, we may:
request additional information;
request licences or certifications;
temporarily suspend the listing;
remove the listing;
suspend the account;
conduct reasonable investigations;
cooperate with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law.
16. Reporting Prohibited Services
Users who believe a listing or service breaches this Policy are encouraged to report it using the Platform’s reporting tools or by contacting Hustlefella.
Reports made in good faith help protect the community.
Knowingly false or malicious reports may themselves constitute a breach of Platform policies.
17. Enforcement
Hustlefella may, at its sole discretion:
reject listings;
remove listings;
suspend listings;
suspend accounts;
terminate accounts;
revoke verification;
refuse future registrations;
report unlawful conduct where appropriate.
Enforcement action may occur without prior notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary.
18. Reservation of Rights
The examples provided in this Policy are illustrative and are not exhaustive.
Hustlefella reserves the right to determine, acting reasonably and in good faith, whether any service, listing, or activity is unsuitable for the Platform, even if it is not specifically listed in this Policy.
Our decisions will be guided by:
applicable law;
user safety;
community trust;
Platform integrity;
the values of Hustlefella.
19. Changes to this Policy
Hustlefella may update this Prohibited Services Policy from time to time.
Updated versions become effective when published on the Platform.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revised Policy.
