AI Content Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to Hustlefella (“Hustlefella”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) tools are becoming an increasingly common part of modern business. We recognise that Service Providers and customers may use AI to improve communication, create content, and support their businesses.

This AI Content Policy explains how AI-generated or AI-assisted content may be used on the Hustlefella Platform.

Our goal is to encourage innovation while preserving honesty, trust, and authenticity.

This Policy should be read together with our:

2. Our Philosophy

At Hustlefella, we believe AI should help people—not replace honesty.

Using AI responsibly can improve communication and presentation.

Using AI to deceive others has no place on Hustlefella.

Our philosophy remains:

3. What Is AI Content?

For the purposes of this Policy, AI Content includes material created or substantially assisted by artificial intelligence systems.

Examples include:

  • written descriptions;

  • business profiles;

  • articles;

  • marketing copy;

  • photographs;

  • illustrations;

  • logos;

  • videos;

  • voice recordings;

  • translations;

  • automated communications.

4. Acceptable Use of AI

AI may be used responsibly to assist with:

  • improving grammar or spelling;

  • writing clearer business descriptions;

  • translating content;

  • creating marketing material;

  • generating ideas;

  • improving customer communications;

  • creating original promotional images where permitted;

  • improving accessibility.

Users remain fully responsible for everything they publish.

5. Accuracy

If AI assists in creating content, users must ensure that the final published information is:

  • accurate;

  • truthful;

  • current;

  • not misleading.

You must carefully review AI-generated content before publishing it.

Publishing incorrect information because “AI wrote it” is not an acceptable excuse.

6. Prohibited Use of AI

AI must not be used to:

  • create fake reviews;

  • impersonate another person or business;

  • fabricate qualifications or experience;

  • create misleading listings;

  • falsify verification documents;

  • generate fraudulent customer testimonials;

  • mislead customers regarding services offered;

  • manipulate Platform rankings;

  • create spam;

  • harass other users;

  • infringe another person’s intellectual property rights.

7. Images and Media

AI-generated images may be used provided they:

  • do not falsely represent completed work;

  • do not deceive customers;

  • do not infringe intellectual property rights;

  • comply with all Hustlefella policies.

Where photographs are intended to demonstrate completed work, genuine photographs of your actual work are strongly encouraged.

Misrepresenting AI-generated images as completed real-world work may result in removal of the content.

8. Reviews

AI may assist users in improving the wording or grammar of a review.

However, AI must not be used to:

  • create fictional experiences;

  • generate fake reviews;

  • produce multiple reviews from different identities;

  • manipulate ratings.

Reviews must always reflect genuine experiences.

9. Customer Communications

Service Providers may use AI to assist with customer communications.

However:

  • messages should remain truthful;

  • important decisions should be reviewed by a human;

  • commitments made through AI-assisted communication remain the responsibility of the Service Provider.

10. Intellectual Property

Users remain responsible for ensuring that AI-generated content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

Where AI tools generate content based on third-party material, users must ensure they have the necessary rights to publish that content.

11. Disclosure

Hustlefella does not currently require users to disclose that content was created with AI.

However, where AI-generated content could reasonably mislead users regarding the authenticity of a person, service, qualification, testimonial, or completed work, Hustlefella may require clarification or disclosure.

12. Moderation

Hustlefella may:

  • review AI-generated content;

  • remove misleading AI content;

  • request clarification;

  • request supporting evidence;

  • suspend listings or accounts where AI is used dishonestly.

Moderation decisions are made in good faith to protect the integrity of the Platform.

13. Future AI Features

Hustlefella may introduce AI-powered Platform features in the future.

These may include tools designed to:

  • improve search;

  • recommend Service Providers;

  • assist with customer enquiries;

  • detect fraud;

  • improve moderation;

  • enhance user experience.

Where such features process personal information, they will operate in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

14. Limitation of Responsibility

Users remain solely responsible for all content they publish, whether created personally, by another person, or with the assistance of AI.

Hustlefella accepts no responsibility for inaccuracies or misleading information generated by third-party AI tools.

15. Changes to this Policy

Hustlefella may update this AI Content Policy from time to time as artificial intelligence technologies evolve.

The latest version will always be published on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
